Responsibilities
The position is home office based
and involves frequent travel and customer visits.
- Sales responsibility for all polyurethane additives
within Poland
- Achieving sales targets by implementing strategies by
direct account Management
- Developing and implementing of national sales plan
- Developing and maintaining a mutually beneficial
working business relationship with customers
- Coordinate with Key Account and Industry Team Leaders
to establishing and implementing global market segment and key account
strategies
- Gathering and reporting of market information
- Coordinating technical support initiatives for the
Polish market
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years sales experience within the
specialty chemical industry, ideally within the Polyurethane industry
- Technical understanding is essential, ideally
technical background e.g. Bachelor in chemistry or chemical engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer and team oriented
- Self directed and results oriented
- Good computer skills
- English and Polish required
